I have been herping the Pinaleno Mountains for years. I typically visit the area once per summer and usually spend a little time searching for herps. The area is extremely beautiful and full of wildlife! While I do not have many photos, I do have a few. Here are a few shots of an Arizona Mountain Kingsnake that we found a few years ago:  I have only found two pyros in this mountain range. They were both fairly dark in coloration:  Here is a closeup shot showing how dark this pyro is:  I will dig around and see if I can find more pictures from this region. |
